Lesser-used Languages Policy :
This is a presentation of different books dealing with the lesser-used languages (most of them are celtic: irish, scottish gaelic, welsh, breton, cornish, manx; the others deal with all the lesser-used languages in different parts of Europe).
These studies are either about the history of languages, or the way they are taught, the policies of Governments toward them and the way they are really used.
